The DPR is Lib Techโ€™s dedicated resort freestyle board. Directional-twin, park-minded, and built for riders who want speed, pop, and consistency when riding features, transitions, and switch. This is not a do-it-all charger or a freeride board pretending to freestyle. The DPR exists to make freestyle riding across the resort feel natural, repeatable, and fun, whether thatโ€™s park laps, side hits, or turning everyday terrain into something to jump, spin, or press.

The shape comes from serious lineage. Lib Tech co-founder Pete Saari and crew spent over a decade refining the Double Dip, and the DPR takes those lessons in sidecut, geometry, and balance and applies them to a modern freestyle platform. An early rise nose keeps the front end forgiving, easy to initiate, and floaty when the snow softens, while the camber through the tail gives the board its pop and energy. Load it up and it responds, drive it through landings and it keeps moving.

A radial sidecut with equal nose and tail widths keeps the DPR balanced and predictable, which matters when youโ€™re riding switch or working on trick progression. Mini Magne-Traction adds just enough grip to stay composed on firm snow without making the board feel grabby or twitchy. The result is a fine-tuned resort freestyle board with a forgiving nose, a powerful camber tail, and a shape built to be ridden hard, often, and creatively.

About The Brand

Lib Tech has been a driving force in modern snowboarding for over 30 years. Founded and still operating out of the United States under Mervin Manufacturing, the brand has consistently pushed the technical and creative boundaries of snowboard design. From pioneering edge technology and camber profiles that reshaped how boards hold, turn, and respond, to challenging long-held assumptions about shape and construction, Lib Tech has played a foundational role in how contemporary snowboards are built and ridden.

Beyond product innovation, Lib Tech has always been deeply tied to snowboard culture. The brand works closely with independent artists for its graphics, supports a globally respected team of riders led by Travis Rice, and continues to prioritise environmentally responsible manufacturing practices. At its core, Lib Tech remains focused on snowboarding itself: building boards close to home, backing riders who shape the direction of the sport, and maintaining a clear point of view grounded in decades of experience.
