Spend less, ride more. At Ballistyx, we’re here to help you get the gear you want at the best possible price. If you find a lower advertised price on the same item from another store, we’ll do our best to match it—because great service and great value should always ride together.
How It Works
If you’ve found a cheaper price on an identical product (same size, colour, model, and season and in stock) from an authorised Australian retailer, we’ll match it at the time of purchase—online or in-store.
What We’ll Match
- Prices from authorised Australian snowboard or outdoor retailers
- Identical, in-stock items available for immediate purchase
- Final pricing including shipping and any additional fees
What We Don’t Match
- Auction sites or marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Gumtree, etc.)
- Overseas retailers or grey-market sellers
- Clearance, liquidation events, or pricing errors
- Discount codes, loyalty rewards, or bundled promotions
