Designed in collaboration with Sage Kotsenburg, the K2 Antidote is a high-powered freestyle snowboard built to smash the entire mountain without compromise. Sageβs riding demands a board that can handle big jumps, fast lines, technical landings, and powder days without ever feeling out of place, and the Antidote delivers that balance through aggressive camber, explosive response, and dependable edge hold. Itβs a board for riders who already know how to ride and want something stiff, reactive, and capable of charging hard while still encouraging a creative, freestyle approach to terrain.
Under the hood, the Antidote is built around full-length camber and a construction package thatβs designed to stay sharp when youβre riding hard. Thereβs no early-rise rocker here β itβs camber right to the contact points β so the board stays loaded, reactive, and precise when youβre driving edges or boosting takeoffs. The thing that takes the bite out of that camber is the 3D Base Contour at the contact zones, which smooths turn entry, makes it less catchy when you get off-axis, and adds a little extra lift when youβre hunting pow. Add a small amount of setback and a directional flex, and you get Sageβs version of a βdo-it-allβ board: freestyle-minded, but absolutely comfortable riding fast, landing heavy, and smashing the whole hill.

Key Features
-
Shape β Directional Twin
Twin outline with a small setback and directional flex tuning for extra drive and stability when you point it, while keeping freestyle control for switch riding and landing. -
Profile β Camber
Full-length camber to the contact points for maximum power, pop, and edge hold. The loosened-up feel comes from the 3D base shaping, not rocker.

-
Flex β 8/10
Stiff and responsive with the backbone to charge and land heavy, but still lively enough to load up for ollies, side hits, and bigger freestyle lines.
Tech Features
-
A1 Core
K2βs most performance-focused wood core, built from a blend of bamboo, aspen, and paulownia. Higher bamboo content increases strength, snap, and durability underfoot, while lightweight paulownia reduces swing weight in the tip and tail. The result is a more powerful, responsive core tuned for aggressive riding and high-speed stability.
-
ICG 20 Triax Glass with Carbon
Triax fiberglass laminate with integrated tip-to-tail carbon stringers to increase pop and responsiveness while keeping the flex usable and not overly rigid.Β -
Carbon DarkWeb
A carbon fibre reinforcement layout that changes orientation along the length of the board to actively manage torsional and longitudinal flex. By varying fibre direction between the tip, waist, and tail, Carbon DarkWeb adds strength and stability where needed while preserving response and freedom elsewhere.
-
SpaceGlassβ’ Inserts
Aerospace-grade composite inserts placed through key zones to reduce chatter, boost durability, and add structure at the contact points without unnecessary weight. -
Recess3D
Precision CNC core profiling that reduces weight in low-stress zones while maintaining strength and durability where it matters. -
Bio Resin
Plant-based epoxy resin used in the layup to reduce petroleum content while maintaining strength and long-term durability. -
Wax Infused Sintered 4001 Base
High-density sintered base material infused with wax for strong glide, durability, and consistent speed across long run-outs and mixed conditions.Β -
Stone Ground Base
Factory stone grind for consistent glide and improved wax absorption straight out of the wrapper. -
3D Base Contour
Subtle 3D spooning through the contact zones to smooth turn initiation, reduce edge catch, and add a touch of extra float in soft snow β the key reason this full-camber board stays freestyle-capable. -
Setback β 0.75"
A small setback for added drive and stability without turning the Antidote into a locked-in directional board. -
Taper β 0mm
No taper and a twin outline to keep the board balanced for switch riding and freestyle takeoffs and landings. -
2x4 Inserts
Standard 2x4 insert pattern for stance adjustability and compatibility with all major binding systems.
