Gentle on Down, Tough on Dirt
Down Wash is a dedicated cleaner designed specifically for down and synthetic down-filled gear, keeping your jackets, sleeping bags, and insulated gear warm, lofty, and performing like new. Unlike regular detergents that can strip natural oils, leave harmful residues, and flatten insulation, this wash protects delicate down clusters while restoring breathability and loft. It’s the go-to choice when you want powerful cleaning without compromising insulation.
Formulated to work the same in hard or soft water, Down Wash ensures a residue-free finish that revives performance. Use it as a standalone cleaner or as the first step before reproofing with Down Repel. And with its 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) bottle and bluesign® approval, you’re making a choice that’s kind to both your gear and the planet.
Top tip: This is an ideal product to use ahead of reproofing your down with Down Repel. To aid the drying process, we recommend using dryer balls and checking periodically throughout the drying cycle.
