You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit only.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

• In-store: Swing by Ballistyx for an exchange or store credit
• By post: Ship it back and we’ll organise your exchange or store credit

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

This includes:

• The cost of returning the original item to us; and
• For exchanges, the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

A return shipping fee will need to be paid before any replacement item is dispatched.

A restocking fee of $5 per item or 15% of the item’s purchase price, whichever is greater, may apply to change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent using tracked postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, and we cannot process an exchange, store credit, or refund until the goods have been received and inspected.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:

• Is faulty, defective, or unsafe
• Doesn’t match the description or sample shown
• Doesn’t perform as promised

These consumer guarantees apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy.

• Attach photos of the fault if relevant

We'll assess the issue and resolve it quickly — with a refund, replacement or repair depending on the situation.
