The 2027 Jones Stratos sits in that sweet spot between freeride power and all-mountain versatility, built for riders who want to carve hard, move fast and still have a board that feels composed when the terrain opens up or the snow gets deeper. It’s directional without being limiting, with a shape that naturally drives through turns and holds a line with confidence, while still giving you the freedom to move around the mountain without feeling locked into one style of riding.
On snow, the Stratos has a really distinctive feel. The Directional CamRock profile gives it strong edge hold and energy underfoot, while the rockered nose and tail work with the High 3D Contour Base to keep the board lifting and flowing when you get into softer snow. There’s a clear sense of drive coming from the Power Core and the tapered shape, which lets you push harder through the tail while the nose stays up and moving through powder. The Bcomp Carbon Flax Stringer helps keep things stable when you’re carrying speed or dealing with rougher conditions, and the Float Pack inserts give you the option to shift your stance back on deeper days. It’s a board that blends carving precision with real float and control, without feeling overly stiff or one-dimensional.
