2027 Arbor Astrowaste Snowboard + Utility Binding Package

The Arbor Astrowaste x Utility package is what happens when Bryan Iguchi’s mellow, go-with-the-flow approach gets turned into a properly capable snowboard setup. The Astrowaste is a weird one in the best possible way: wide, volume-shifted and directional, but still built to ride with speed, pop and plenty of freestyle instinct. It is not really a powder board, not really a traditional freeride board, and definitely not a standard all-mountain twin. Think short, fat and powerful, with enough looseness to slash around and enough backbone to absolutely light up a resort when you put your foot down. That fits Guch pretty perfectly too. His whole approach has always been about finding flow across whatever terrain is in front of him, from hard carving to powder to wall hits and natural transitions.

The Utility is a great match because it gives all that strange versatility a much more serious connection underfoot. You still get the Astrowaste’s surfy, quick-moving feel and the freedom to get creative, but with a stiff, responsive binding that lets you really drive the board when the terrain opens up. This is for riders who do not want their snowboard neatly filed under “park”, “pow” or “freeride”. It is for carving hard, blasting side hits, weaving through trees, finding fresh snow, getting weird with natural features and generally following whatever looks fun. A little cosmic, a little serious, and very much in Bryan Iguchi’s lane.
