Key Features

• Shape – Directional with Swallow Tail
  A directional shape with a spooned nose, short swallow tail and 40–50mm setback gives the Beta strong float, smooth turn entry and a natural surf-inspired feel in powder. The tapered outline helps the tail sink more easily, reducing back-leg fatigue while keeping the board stable through resort turns.
• Profile – Surfy CamRock
  Surfy CamRock uses extended rocker in the nose with regular camber through the rest of the board. This helps the Beta glide over powder and chopped snow while still giving it drive, edge hold and response through turns.
• Flex – Mid-Soft
  A mid-soft flex keeps the Beta playful, smooth and forgiving, making it easier to manoeuvre in powder, trees and relaxed resort riding without feeling too demanding.

Tech Features

• Master Core
  Nidecker’s Master Core combines poplar and paulownia to create a light, strong and responsive wood core with reliable energy transfer underfoot.
• Pop Carbon
  Carbon fibre is positioned between the inserts and the nose and tail, boosting ollie power while helping dampen chatter through rough snow.
• Premium Sandwich Construction
  A step up from Nidecker’s standard sandwich construction, adding carbon stringers for more pop, quicker edge response and improved shock absorption.
• Biax Plus Fibreglass
  A classic 90° fibreglass weave with additional glass layers for stronger power transfer, giving the Beta a responsive but still playful ride feel.
• N-7000 Hybrid Base
  A durable hybrid base that combines the low-maintenance feel of an extruded base with the hardness of a sintered base, giving the Beta strong glide without demanding constant upkeep.
• Drop Out Technology
  A tail shape inspired by a bird of prey, designed to generate more control on edge while allowing extra agility and tighter, deeper turns.
• Evolution Nose
  A 3D curved nose that helps the board roll smoothly from edge to edge, creating more natural turn initiation and a surf-like flow through powder and mixed snow.
• Absorbnid Topsheet
  Nidecker’s vibration-absorbing top layer helps reduce unwanted chatter for a smoother ride with less fatigue.
• 4x2/6 Inserts
  Six rows of inserts at 2cm intervals give the Beta broad stance adjustability and compatibility with standard snowboard bindings.
