The "Dispute", designed by Ben Bilodeau, is the most versatile board in the PUBLIC lineup, delivering unmatched performance across the entire mountain. Featuring a directional twin shape and the Alert Camber profile, it combines regular camber between the feet for power and stability with a rise at the tip and tail for forgiveness and added pop - ideal for rails, jumps, and all-terrain domination.
Loaded with premium features, the Dispute boasts inlaid Aramid strips and carbon stringers for a lightweight yet robust core that ensures a responsive ride. Urethane sidewalls add durability and impact resistance, while the high-performance sintered base keeps you flying down the hill, leaving others in your wake.

Key Features:
- Directional Twin: A symmetrical shape with a set-back stance, offering the versatility of switch riding with added stability and float for all-mountain and powder conditions.
- Medium Flex: A balanced mix of playfulness and control, offering versatility for various terrains and riding styles.
- Directional Alert Camber: A directional version of their tried and true Alert Camber, that is built around a majority camber profile for edge hold, control, and pop. The top and tail feature early rise with the tip being slightly more exaggerated for increased float in powder and ease of entry into turns.
- Poplar Light Core: Constructed from lightweight poplar wood, the core balances durability with a responsive flex. This core supports high-impact performance while remaining agile enough for quick maneuvers and versatile use across different terrains.
- Tip-to-Tail Carbon Stringers: Carbon stringers run the full length of the board, enhancing energy transfer and responsiveness. This feature provides the snappiness needed for explosive take-offs and precise landings, making it ideal for freestyle and technical riding.
- Aramid Stringers: Aramid stringers are strategically placed in a V pattern in the tip and tail for increased durability, dampening and a dose of added pop. Aramid fibers are used to make bulletproof vests, so every board made with Aramid stringers will be more durable and hold its pop longer, season after season.
- Biax Glass: All PUBLIC snowboards feature Biax fiberglass, which provides a consistent, smooth flex from tip to tail, making the board nimble and predictable.
- Sintered Base: A sintered base is engineered for maximum durability and speed. Its porous structure absorbs wax effectively, ensuring smooth glides on all snow conditions and retaining speed even on long, flat stretches.
- Urethane Sidewalls: The board incorporates durable urethane sidewalls, which improve its shock absorption and resistance to impacts. This is crucial for urban snowboarding, where the board frequently encounters rails, ledges, and other obstacles.
