ACE introduces its most technical and performance-driven truck yet with a revolutionary inverted kingpin system. Designed for maximum durability, precision tuning, and the lowest grind clearance of any kingpin on the market, this truck sets a new standard for skateboarding.

At the heart of the AF1 Hollowed Inverted is a patent-pending technology that provides a more stable anchor point for the kingpin. Combined with a hollowed axle system and domed-out baseplate, it’s the strongest and lightest AF1 ever created.

Key Features

  • Bonus Adaptor Tool – Each set includes 2 magnetic adapters that fit in any skate tool, turning it into an inverted kingpin tool. Won’t fall out, minimizing loss.
  • Premium Materials – AA 356.2 aluminum alloy, proprietary casting, and T6 heat-treated baseplates and hangers.
  • Strong Axles – SAE 4140 steel alloy axles, oversized to eliminate bearing wobble.
  • Rethreading Axle Nuts – Patent-pending system prevents damaged axle ends.
  • Precision Suspension – Hand-poured 96a urethane pivot bushings for smooth response and refined turns.
  • Mixed-Durometer Bushings – Top: 12mm tall, 94a hardness | Bottom: 14mm tall, 86a hardness.

The AF1 Hollowed Inverted is engineered for street, park, and bowl, offering unmatched grind clearance, smooth control, and lightweight strength — a true evolution in skateboard truck design.

About the Brand
ACE Trucks came up in 2006 when Joey Tershay and Steve “Shrewgy” Ruge set out to make trucks that turned better and felt smoother than anything else around. Inspired by old Indy Stage 3s but reworked for a looser, surfier carve, ACE built its rep on buttery turns and rock-solid strength. With Joey Pulsifer jumping on board in 2017 and the AF1 dropping in 2021—the strongest cast truck out—ACE keeps pushing design forward while staying true to its skater-run roots. From street to bowls, ACE is all about control, flow, and that signature turn.
