What’s the Ballistyx Price Guarantee?
We will enthusiastically match the price of an identically stocked Australian competitor product.

We reserve the right not to price match on special items, ;limited edition items or high demand stock in low supply.

What are your Lay-By Terms?

Lay-by period is strictly 4 weeks.
Fortnightly payments are required.
Lay-by will be returned to stock if payment is not received by the scheduled date.
A termination fee may be charged and retained if you cancel your lay-by.
The termination fee will be 20% of the total Retail Price.
All lay-by goods are retained by Ballistyx until payment is made in full.

Ballistyx Boot Fit Guarantee:

We fit your boots correctly and heat-mould them to your feet. If you can’t ride all day in comfort, you can return your new boots after your first days riding and we’ll gladly re-fit or replace them free of charge! *

Ballistyx Board Performance Guarantee:

After discussing your needs, we'll recommend a snowboard for you. If after your first day riding, your recommended board doesn’t perform the way that you were expecting, simply bring it back and we’ll replace it for you free of charge! *
