Our Return Policy
An RA (Return Authorisation) number must be obtained before returning an item. To obtain your RA number please email email@example.com with the following details:
- Contact number
- Item and reason for return
14-Day Return Policy
If you have not received the correct item or the item is damaged or defective, please return the item in original condition within 14 days to be assessed. All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a faulty item, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you once goods have been received in good order. Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging.

Keep in mind that if the size you require is not available you will receive a credit note or option to choose another item. Sale items cannot be exchanged so please choose carefully. If the item was shipped in error Ballistyx will cover all shipping costs, however if you have made an error you will be responsible for shipping costs.
The manufacturer will assess all warranty claims and will be repaired, replaced or credited at their discretion. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Products must be returned with original proof of purchase or a warranty claim cannot be processed.
My order has not arrived
Your order should be shipped from Ballistyx within 24 hours of placing order. If for any reason, there is a delay we will let you know. Depending on where you are deliveries can be delayed by the on-forwarder for reasons beyond our control. You will receive an email from us with your purchase receipt and couriers tracking number. Checking my order status
Ballistyx makes contact with you throughout your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation from us when you place your order. Once the purchase has been confirmed, we will email you a purchase receipt as well as your tracking info.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Many of our larger items require shipping through a courier. Because of this we require a physical address from you to ship to. For any special requirements please contact us on 03 9870 9991 or email@example.com and we will always try to make whatever you need happen.
