PRE-ORDERS

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

There's always some excitement during pre season when most big brand companies give you the chance to secure brand new stock so you're ready to go before the snow falls!

Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve a product from an upcoming production run. A deposit is required to secure your order.

A pre-order from our website or store is a two-way commitment between Ballistyx to provide your ordered product(s), and by the customer to pay the balance due on the product(s) when they are ready to ship, within 30 days of receiving the remaining balance notice.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PRE-ORDER?

You can make changes to your order or abandon the ordering process at any time before hitting the Complete Purchase button.

Once you have clicked the Complete Purchase button, you cannot amend your order, so give us a call right away at (03) 9870 9991 or email: info@ballistyx.com.au to make any changes.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

Once we receive your pre-order deposit, the order is now considered processed.

Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

This is due to third-party companies such as the clothing manufacturer, the snowboard distributor etc receiving an order list from us and these companies doing what they can to fill your order.

Once an order has been received, Ballistyx normal exchange policy will apply should a customer wish to cancel or amend the order.
