Ballistyx staff are trained to fit you up correctly so that you can ride all day in comfort.

We will measure your feet in centimetre length and heat mould your boots. To be eligible, the customer must take our advice on sizing as we are trained to fit boots correctly. If a customer chooses not to take our recommendation on size, then you void the guarantee. For example, if you say the boot is to tight and choose a larger size then the boot becomes too big when riding then the guarantee is also void. Things like forward lean, lacing, boa or fastlace systems do not come under our boots fit guarantee. But if we have fitted you up upon our recommendation and after the first days riding there are problems that are causing you distress then Ballistyx will rectify the problem and if required we will replace the boot with the same boot in a different size. It is at the Manager’s discretion if another model boot is required then we may change to another boot to ensure the problem is solved. Ballistyx also reserves the right to choose another suitable boot if the same boot purchased is not available in the size required. A customer cannot just choose another boot because of a change of mind.  Our objective is ensuring you ride all day in comfort! But please read these terms and conditions carefully and if you choose not to take our recommendation on sizing then you void the guarantee.
