The snow is falling and as soon as we opened the doors this morning it has been filled with excited folks ready to shred. I just counted 10 people getting "Guaranteed Fits" on fresh new snowboard boots and Josie is run off her feet making sure everyone is looked after in outerwear. I ran into a guy I sold a board to last year who had brought in some mates. We got chatting about snowboard shops and he put it into perspective for me, "We have been everywhere the last 2 days, and I mean everywhere, getting prices and stuff. No matter if it is a fly by night warehouse sale or another shop I always have to come here because you guys have the best selection I have ever seen, hands down the best service and advice and when it comes down to the almighty dollar you either advertise as the best or do a great deal all the time. My mate just bought a boot that is on sale at another place which is doing amazing deals on everything apparently and your regular price is cheaper."
